Recycling is free and simple. Follow these steps to return your covered equipment.
Email [email protected] or call our support line to request a prepaid return shipping label. Provide the model name and quantity of appliances you are returning.
Remove all data from your appliance before shipping. Package the equipment securely in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging. Attach the prepaid label provided by iboss.
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Shipping is free to you — iboss covers all return shipping costs under this program.
iboss routes all returned equipment to certified electronics recyclers who process materials in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
Prepaid return labels are provided upon request — do not ship without first contacting iboss.
This program operates in compliance with the Texas Computer Equipment Recycling Program, established under Texas Health & Safety Code, Chapter 361, Subchapter Y, and administered by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).
