The implementation engineers on the iboss services team have assisted thousands of organizations and helped them navigate the path to the cloud to ensure the iboss SASE platform implementation is aligned and integrated with the organization’s access and security goals. All while reducing cost and workload for your network and security teams and helping them become educated and more confident to take over business as usual operations with the platform post implementation.
During the engagement with iboss, the implementation engineer will work with you throughout the defined phases of the project that start with planning and end when the iboss platform being used in full production and every step along the path to a successful deployment.
Planning
During the planning phase the iboss implementation engineer will outline requirements that include reviewing the iboss platform package purchase, documenting success criteria and milestones to align the project for success. Finally, providing guidance for testing, pilot and production.
Configuration
The configuration phase will include policy consultation and deployment, authentication requirements for user ID, traffic redirection settings and other configuration guidance based on Implementation Services package purchased.
Test Guidance
Moving into the testing phase the iboss implementation engineering will work with the project team to identify and outline the testing required for mission critical applications and business process.
Pilot
During the pilot phase the iboss implementation engineer will provide guidance on selecting and educating UAT users, documenting acceptance testing and tuning the policies or configuration for the iboss platform to ensure a smoother transition to production.
Production Deployment
For the final phase of the engagement the iboss implementation engineer will provide guidance with the roll out strategy, provide real-time support during deployment and provide guidance and instruction for any adjustments during the adoption of the iboss platform.
