Chris Park brings over 20 years of technology experience in corporate network security to his position as CMO, where he is responsible for driving the company’s marketing operations. As an early founding team member and resident expert in all aspects of iboss solutions, he is responsible for iboss’ Go-To-Market demand generation programs. Prior to his CMO position, Chris served as iboss’ CIO, CTIO, and in a variety of product management and network architect roles, working with public and private organizations to provide support and security solutions for their network infrastructures. As a proven leader, Chris is dedicated to helping drive the company’s marketing operations that ensure future growth.
Joe Cosmano is a cybersecurity expert and a seasoned leader with over 20 years of industry experience. Over the past decade he has led a variety of teams at iboss including technical implementations, customer success, and technical support. Today Joe leads all sales and services teams for the Americas. Prior to iboss, Joe both worked as and led teams of subject matter experts providing highly available and scalable critical infrastructure and information systems. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Technology from UCF and a Master of Science in Information Systems Security from the University of Denver.
Simon Eappariello is a veteran engineer in network security with over 35 years of experience ranging from global 2000 corporations to the largest public sector organizations across Europe. Simon is a member of the Institute of Security Provisionals (A.Inst.ISP) and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Simon joined iboss in 2014 and today serves as the SVP of European and Asia Pacific Markets leading channel and distribution strategies.
Eileen brings more than 20 years of recruiting experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments to her work at iboss, with expertise in recruiting for engineering, technical, and sales roles. With a focus on innovative recruiting strategies, Eileen successfully served as the Director of Talent Acquisition for Intepros Consulting for 10 years. Prior to that, she worked for nine years at Network Plus as The Director of Recruitment and successfully led the company’s aggressive growth strategy as they went public. Her ability to build strategic, best-in-class recruiting teams while streamlining and standardizing the process will greatly benefit iboss’ expansive planned growth. Eileen graduated from Seton Hall University and resides south of Boston with her husband, daughter, and son.
Dmitriy Gladchenko brings two decades of finance and accounting experience to iboss. As the SVP, Finance and Accounting, he leads the finance and accounting functions, including related system implementations. Prior to joining iboss, Dmitriy was a Director of Finance at Cloudflare, where he was responsible for treasury, external reporting and procure-to-pay functions, and had supported the company’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) readiness efforts in various areas of accounting and finance. Prior to that, Dmitriy held director-level positions in corporate accounting, covering SEC reporting, accounting close and internal controls at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), a semiconductor company, and Brightstar Corp, a global wireless distribution and services company. Dmitriy is a certified public accountant and had started his career in public accounting with KPMG and PwC in Texas. He has an MBA and bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas State University.
Richard Quinones has spent over 20 years taking on important IT leadership roles at the county, state and national levels. His past experience includes being appointed Los Angeles County’s first chief education technology officer, where he led the delivery of IT services across 80 school districts and five community colleges. He was also appointed senior IT advisor to the National Advisory Council on Education Technology (NACET), and commissioned to advance the roll-out of the U.S. President’s National Public Schools Broadband Initiative. He has also served as senior technology advisor to Los Angeles Unified School District officials, including the office of the chief information officer, and chief executive officer of strategic planning and digital innovation. Richard holds a master’s degree in public administration with an emphasis in e-government from University of La Verne.
During his more than 20 years in corporate business development, Will Scola has worked with some of the world’s largest enterprise organizations. As business development, procurement and global e-sourcing director for Petco, he had responsibility for channel development and strategic sourcing, and was instrumental in the establishment of Petco’s first cross-border joint venture. Prior to that, Will held various leadership positions with GE. As part of GE’s Corporate Audit Staff (CAS), he worked in Japan, Australia, Hungary, and Mexico, where his responsibilities included organizational development, staffing and business process development, financial diligence, and corporate compliance. Will has a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Auburn University.
Heath Crocker leads iboss’ Governance, Compliance, and Information Security teams. Heath possesses extensive experience in digital forensics, compliance frameworks, global privacy law, and security operations across multiple highly regulated verticals. Heath has also served as an adjunct professor of cyber security at the University of Central Florida and is an active participant in the cyber security community with multiple certifications, including CISSP and CISA. Heath holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems with a minor in Secure Computing and Networks from UCF.
Jim Gogolinski serves as Vice President of Research and Intelligence at iboss. Jim brings many years of research and threat intelligence experience and has an extensive background in software and tool development in both the security and networking fields. Jim has led threat intelligence and research teams at prior positions including Deloitte and Fidelis Cybersecurity. He has also been responsible for nations state threat actor tracking and vulnerability research at Trend Micro. In addition, Jim has also worked in critical infrastructure working with the Idaho National Labs as well as being a lead intel and malware analyst on DHS’s ICS-CERT team.

Copper Mountain and SAIC both launched successful IPOs. Focused on technology and cybersecurity, Dave helped create more than $20 billion of shareholder value during his 15-plus years as President and CEO of three major companies. That includes driving the most successful cybersecurity IPO ever in 2013, and leading the largest all-cash deal in technology history in 2010. Today, he serves as Managing Director of Allegis Cyber as well as investor and board member in the world’s most innovative companies such as Delta Airlines, Five9, ForeScout, Team8, DataTribe, Illusive Networks, Optiv, Airspace, Safeguard Cyber, and Securing SAM.
Mr. Fanzilli spent almost 20 years at Credit Suisse (CS), where he became global chief information officer, managing the firm’s applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity operations and a staff of over 4,000, across more than 20 countries. At CS, Frank was a Managing Director and member of the Firm’s Information Executive Board. He has also served on more than 12 corporate boards in the technology and banking field, where he has overseen risk, investment, and mergers and acquisitions. Frank’s recent boards include 1010data, Calypso Technology, and CommVault. He is also one of the longest serving independent directors at The Linux Foundation. He is based in the New York area.
John M. Connolly
Mr. Connolly has served as chairman, non-Executive chairman, or director on 15 boards. He is currently senior advisor at Bain Capital Ventures (BCV) and previously served as managing director and lead of the Operating Group at BCV, where he worked with over 25 portfolio companies developing strategies and tactics to accelerate growth. John has also founded two companies (Course Technology and MainSpring) and has been a CEO of five different companies. With over 30 years of experience innovating, executing and leading successful businesses, John will be of tremendous value to iboss as we continue to grow internationally. He is based in Boston, Massachusetts.
George Blank is a finance executive with over 33 years of experience, including 17 years as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Univision Communications Inc, the premier Spanish language media company in the United States. During George’s tenure with Univision, the company had a successful Initial Public Offering, listing on the NYSE. Before joining Univision, George held positions with NBC, serving as vice president and controller. He began his career in positions with Arthur Andersen & Co and RCA Corporation. He is a licensed (inactive) CPA, earning his Bachelor or Arts in accounting and his Master of Business Administration in finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a board member for national nonprofit Cure Duchenne.
Joel Wecksell has more than 35 years of experience in the technology industry, including 18 years with Gartner Research, where he served as group vice president for the Global Software Research Group. Prior to that, he spent 11 years with Xerox. He possesses a broad-based knowledge of technology and cybersecurity issues, having held executive-level positions in technical sales, marketing, and research.
