Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder
Paul Martini is the CEO, co-founder and chief architect of iboss, where he pioneered the award-winning iboss Distributed Gateway Platform that protects networks against malware, advanced threats, and data loss direct-to-cloud, with an innovative node-based architecture. Prior to founding iboss, Paul was with an electrical engineering firm where he developed proprietary security solutions for clients such as Phogenix, the U.S. Navy, and Hewlett Packard, leading the design and implementation efforts for HP’s e-tester used in their TIJ print heads. He was also a key contributor at Copper Mountain Networks and Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), both of which launched successful IPOs. Paul holds a computer science degree from the University of California, San Diego and has had his work published in prestigious scientific journals, including, the Journal of Foundations in Computer Science, and the Journal of Analytical Biochemistry. As a recognized security expert, he has been featured in a wide range of publications, such as USA Today, Forbes, and CSO magazine. Paul has been recognized for his leadership and innovation, receiving the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year award and being named one of Goldman Sachs’ 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs of 2014.
President and Co-founder
As president and co-founder of iboss, Peter Martini has played a major role in developing iboss’ innovative technology, and has helped shepherd iboss’ phenomenal growth, since its founding. He has been awarded dozens of patents focused on network and mobile security, and with his brother, has been recognized by the industry with several prestigious awards, including, Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year and one of Goldman Sachs 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs. More recently, iboss was ranked number three for security companies in the Deloitte Fast 500.
Chief Information Officer
Chris Park brings over 13 years of technology experience in corporate network security to his position as CIO, where he is responsible for creating and driving the company’s IT strategy. As the resident expert in all aspects of iboss solutions and infrastructure, he is responsible for iboss’ entire IT operation, including network and system engineering, front-end development, data center operations, and customer service and support. Under Chris’ strategy and guidance, iboss has achieved an industry-leading customer retention rate of 98.5%. Prior to his CIO position, Chris served in a variety of product management and network architect roles, working with public and private companies to troubleshoot and support their network security infrastructures. As a proven IT leader, Chris is dedicated to helping drive the company’s IT operations with a focus on building and supporting global IT strategies that ensure future growth.
Chief Financial Officer
With 15 years of leadership positions in finance, Justin Sollenne brings a wealth of experience to his role as CFO for iboss. As finance manager for Websense, he was responsible for the planning and analysis of a $300M budget for over 1,500 worldwide employees, and participated in Websense’s $1B acquisition by Vista Equity Partners. Prior to that, Justin held a management position with LPL Financial, where he was instrumental in implementing a company-wide ERP roll-out that provided financial analytics to help drive business decisions. An avid golfer, Justin attended the University of Nevada on a golf scholarship, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in finance.
Senior Vice President of Engineering Services
Joe Cosmano has over 13 years of experience in leadership positions as a network engineer and cyber security expert. Prior to iboss, he held positions with a wide range of companies, including Atlantic Net, where, as engineering director, he led a team of engineers managing a large network operations center. As a data center engineer for XOS Digital, he architected and supported a Cisco multilayer data center network. Joe has also held a position with the National Center for Forensic Science, where he lectured the FBI and law enforcement on cyber security issues. He has a Bachelors of Science in information systems technology from the University of Central Florida and a master's in information systems security, from the University of Denver.
Chief of Business Development
During his more than 15 years in corporate business development, Will Scola has worked with some of the world’s largest enterprise organizations. As business development, procurement and global e-sourcing director for Petco, he had responsibility for channel development and strategic sourcing, and was instrumental in the establishment of Petco’s first cross-border joint venture. Prior to that, Will held various leadership positions with GE. As part of GE’s Corporate Audit Staff (CAS), he worked in Japan, Australia, Hungary, and Mexico, where his responsibilities included organizational development, staffing and business process development, financial diligence, and corporate compliance. Will has a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Auburn University.
Senior Vice President of SLED Business Development
Richard Quinones has spent over 20 years taking on important IT leadership roles at the county, state and national levels. His past experience includes being appointed Los Angeles County’s first chief education technology officer, where he led the delivery of IT services across 80 school districts and five community colleges. He was also appointed senior IT advisor to the National Advisory Council on Education Technology (NACET), and commissioned to advance the roll-out of the U.S. President’s National Public Schools Broadband initiative. Previously, he was appointed by the California state superintendent of instruction to serve as a member of the state’s Education Technology Taskforce, and served as state chair of the Telecommunications and Technology Taskforce, representing California’s 58 county superintendents. Prior to that, he had his own IT consultancy, specializing in the implementation of cloud/managed services, 1:1 mobile computing, and IT consolidation, and he served as government lobbyist on behalf of school districts across California. He has also served as senior technology advisor to Los Angeles Unified School District officials, including the office of the chief information officer, and chief executive officer of strategic planning and digital innovation. Richard has received two Emmy nominations from the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, was honored with California’s CalRen Gigabit award, and received multiple commendations from the California State Assembly. Richard holds a master’s degree in public administration with an emphasis in e-government.
Vice President of Marketing and Communication
Amanda LeVine brings technology marketing experience and a passion for product marketing to iboss from a number of Boston area tech firms including Care.com and Carbonite. As director of product marketing at Carbonite, Amanda shepherded the company’s go-to-market strategy through its transitions from B2C to B2B, and from direct sales to channel sales. At Care.com, she played an instrumental role in the startup of Care.com’s Workplace Solutions business. Just prior to joining iboss, Amanda was the head of marketing at Databox, a mobile analytics startup. There, she shaped both the strategic direction and execution of all things marketing. Amanda earned a Bachelor of Arts in communication from Stanford University and an Masters of Science in advertising from Boston University.
Vice President of Inside Sales
Jason Coville brings over 15 years of experience and a passion for building Inside Sales teams to iboss. Whether he’s selling cybersecurity, copiers, marketing automation, or analytics solutions, Jason coaches his teams with a metrics-based approach to driving revenue and pipeline growth. In his sales leadership roles at both Vertica and TwinStrata, Jason built and scaled successful sales teams, ultimately leading both companies to successful acquisitions. Among other roles, he also served as Director of Sales/ Sales Ops at Acronis, as well as Global Inside Sales Leader at HP. Jason holds a BS in Economics from Northeastern University.
Director of UX/UI
Jane Florins started her career in graphic design after graduating from the Art School. She then moved to Web and Software Development working on highly visible projects at large companies like Turner Broadcasting (supporting websites for CNN, SI, Nascar, CNN Money), Equifax and Verizon. After exploring the technical side, she became interested in connecting different parts (portals, apps, etc.) of the large projects together with respect to User Experience. She is currently leading the UX/UI initiatives at iboss.
Jane has a Master’s degree in Management and Information Technologies from Moscow Technological University and a BA degree (Film and Video) from Georgia State University. In addition to that she has a degree in Economics and Mathematics and an Art School Diploma.
Jane has a few patented inventions. In her spare time she teaches User Experience Engineering at Harvard Extension School and plays Cello.
Director of Corporate Learning & Development
Rach SebellShavit brings over 10 years of experience and a passion for creating a world-class training experience for team members and customers. Rach’s learner-centered approach creates an environment where participants can question, collaborate, experiment, and grow in a safe and supported environment. In her previous training role at HubSpot, Rach scaled the l&D resources of the customer service’s team. At iboss she is implementing training programs to on-board new hires, expand resources & training for current employees, and train current and future managers to be exceptional at coaching and supporting their teams. Rach holds a BFA from Rhode Island School of Design and an MBA from Babson.
